Find out why many physicians today recommend mindfulness training to their patients.
 
Learn about the specific mechanisms that make mindfulness meditation an effective tool in the treatment “toolbox” for adults who are dealing with stress-related illness, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, or addiction (or living with someone who is). 
 
Participants will learn breathing techniques, exercises designed to transform habitual ways of thinking about and reacting to stress, and a variety of simple and brief meditative practices that can be readily incorporated into everyday life.
 
Take the introductory workshop and one, two, or all three of the additional sessions offered in this day-long event, to enhance your health, mental health, and overall well-being.
