Enjoy this fitness workout based on belly dance moves and combinations. Each week we will drill key belly dance moves tone our muscles and increase our range of motion.  Then your creative input is needed to put together interesting combinations that we can use to travel the floor.  Completion of Belly Dance Basics is strongly suggested. (Or taking it at the same time)
