Feeling depleted? Through lectures, discussions, and worksheets, participants will learn techniques for restoring and deepening resilience in work and personal roles. Building on principles of resonance and resilience research from the Greater Good Science Center, Case Western Reserve University, Kristin Neff, Brené Brown, and others, this class presents practical tools for managing the stress of daily life and leadership responsibilities.
